   Excellent white water rafting down the stairs when the floors flood. You never have to worry about a fire in the lower floors of the building, either. If the white water rafting doesn’t get your heart pounding, then the free-falling elevators just might do it.

   This building has really motivated me to start working out. I routinely have to walk down 30 flights of stairs because the elevators aren’t working. Someone has made a website to track the working elevator, so if exercising isn’t your thing, or you’re some kind of disabled person, there’s a website to track the elevators’ current working status.

   I get to put Amazon’s return policy to the test because the packages I send will frequently get taken due to lack of security. This building is also taking great strides in eliminating the homeless problem by letting homeless people sleep in the lobby.

   My final critique is that management has gotten really excellent at apologizing in these reviews, and even finding ways to remove reviews, as well. Just watch, this review will get an apology and you can see just how good they’ve gotten. These emenities, and more, can be enjoyed by you too, as it’s all included in the rent.

   70 Greene was great back in 2015 – 2018, after that management changed up and they stopped caring about maintenance and their tenants. They used to have community events each quarter, BBQ, wine party etc. Yes there are great views and the building is located near public transportation. But the building is falling apart and equity still feels they can charge absorbent prices when there are newer and better options. Not even going to get into the elevator situation.
