AYTB team visited and participated in thefor the Large Nuclear Power Plant (LNPP) project of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which was held by Korea Electric Power Corporation KEPCO at the Fairmont Hotel in Riyadh yesterday where AYTB has signed MOU with different Korean companies such as Daewoo E&C, Hyundai E&C to support them in manufacturing and construction during the project which will defiantly participate to enhance the localization in the kingdom.

AYTB had recognized the Saudi Dream 40 years ago when the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu was set up with a vision to build a huge petrochemical industry to catapult Saudi Arabia to the level of the major industrial countries for the downstream oil and gas business, AYTB has grown steadily since then to a major multi-disciplinary group hosting over 6,000 of workforce with divisions including Construction, Manufacturing and Fabrication, Operation and Maintenance, Industrial Cleaning Services and Housing and Catering. Al Yusr Company has high capabilities in manufacturing and metal forming based on professional experiences with multiple aspects, in addition to owning industrial facilities with large storage areas,
and it holds (9.com certified), accreditation for manufacturing services from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) in Jubail, Yanbu, and Ras Al-Khair
The company has also implemented many contracts and projects including the formation, manufacture, and installation of pipes, furnaces, and heat exchangers, in addition to assembling
and installing skids for oil wells and petrochemical plants.

AYTB a 40-years legacy of supporting our client base which includes most of the household names in KSA. We pride ourselves on our core values of Safety, Quality, Integrity and Honesty. More recently, the market has changed dramatically, and it is fundamentally important that we can adapt and still meet/exceed our clients’ expectations.
Since joining AYTB, I have been working with the management team to build an AYTB ready to take on these challenges, add to our solid reputation and grow the company steadily.
By leading business turnarounds, utilizing business acumen, strategic insight and sharp planning skills and managing operations I am determined to meet both top-line and bottom-line objectives.
My way ahead is exploring market potential, creating and implementing strategy, developing and pursuing opportunities, building long term relations with clients and customers and understanding decision making structures and processes.

Waleed Al Hazmi is an highly qualified senior executive with extensive experience in Strategic Planning, P&L Management and Change Management in Industrial Services Sector. Waleed had a wealth of experience in international organizations such as ABB Group and Thyssenkrupp, also In-Kingdom with Al Arrab and Al Suwaidi Group. He has Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from South Tyneside College and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool. Outstanding track record in establishing the performance goals, allocating resources and assessing policies for the senior management resulting in organisational benefit and growth. Currently AYTB CEO responsible to the Board for the development and implementation of the company strategy, as well as the financial, commercial and operating performance of the company. He is also a Board Member of KBR – Al Yusr and MISA, the Joint Ventures of AYTB.
Fahad Alkhalaf

Fahad AlKhalaf is an experienced professional with extensive financial and risk/control background. Fahad has 19 years of work experience. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Economics from KFUPM.He started his career at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund where he spent 9 years and completed the JP Morgan Chase Credit Risk Management Program. He was in a leading role managing a team of Credit Consultants that are responsible for evaluating and assessing industrial investments in the food and construction sectors as well as conducting number of industrial studies to recommend lending policies.
Miled El Bitar
Chief Financial Officer
Miled El-Bitar is a highly accredited and experienced financial professional with over 15 years of extensive exposure in handling a gamut of high- and low-end aspects of budgeting, accounting, and finance possessing allied proficiency in auditing and innovating solutions for financial controls. Prior joining AYTB in 2017, he worked with ACTS and Nesma United Industries. He holds an Executive MBA from KFUPM and a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Université Saint-Joseph of Beirut. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), is currently pursuing CSCA (Certified in Strategy and Competitive Advantage) certification program, and he is a board member of IMA – Eastern province Chapter.

Hassan Al Brahim joined AYTB in 2017, he hold a bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering and master of Executive MBA from KFUPM, he has more than 10 years experience working for reputable industrial contracting companies operating in the kingdom in the area of oil & gas, petrochemical, power, mining, engineering, construction, manufacturing, maintenance, industrial services and quality. He’s involving in business development, strategy, sales and marketing with a strong record in management, building and improving company strategy, achieving financial target and meet stakeholder expectation.
Ibrahim Ali Al-Fahaid

Ibrahim Ali Al-Fahaid is young, energetic Saudi graduate in Business administration with an associate degree in Engineering and a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP). Ibrahim had 13 years of experience and worked with AYTB since 2012 and prior to that he had 5 years of Maintenance and Planning experience with Petrokemya, a Sabic affiliate. He has good maintenance planning, estimation, cost control exposures with a good analytical and inter-personnel skills. Currently, Ibrahim appointed as General Manager of Operation & Maintenance division and perform in unison with clear focus on continuous improvement and achieving higher standers of Maintenance Services with full commitment of Safety and Quality.
Yasser Al Otaibi

Yasser Al Otaibi has worked in the Oil and Gas industry for Around 10 years, gaining experience in project management, planning, and maintenance. As a seasoned Project Manager, he is passionate about methodologies that have a major impact in an organization/industry performance and quality such as lean six sigma, project management, and flexible manufacture systems. He is a proud alum of the university of New York State where he received his MS and BS degrees in Industrial Engineering, after starting his path with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from JIC. As a Project Manager, Yasser has developed a unique perspective when it comes to Leadership. He is a master communicator, professional planner, and skillful team leader. His impressive background will allow him to achieve great things in his new role. Combines positive attitude, confidence, and strong leadership, he is Serving as a General Manager at AYTB, taking on challenging responsibilities, such as budget forecast, technical solution, and project development.

Experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the catering and restaurant industry. Over 25 years of experience in the catering and restaurant industry. Spent between Saudi Arabia and UAE. Skilled in Negotiation, Food & Beverage, Budgeting, Business Planning, and Operations Management. Strong purchasing professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) focused on Hospitality Administration/Management from Notre Dame University – Louaize (NDU) and Executive M.B.A from Lebanese American University Beirut ( LAU).

Extensive experience directing cross-functional teams in the design and integration of leading-edge technology solutions. Expert at launching technology programs that safeguard data, streamline operations, drive innovation, and advance business strategy. Seasoned team builder focused on acquiring and developing high-performing leaders and fostering cultures of excellence. Help speed up all business processes, reduce cost, improve controls, and increase efficiency to maximize profit, graduated from Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces Institute.

Hamid is a part of AYTB since 2015. As General Manager, his expertise in project and business/operations management has ensured that he now leads PPS business unit responsible for Turnarounds and MOC projects.
With a degree of BSc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Hamid Raza has a diversified experience of over 3 decades with EPC companies in construction, shutdowns, turnarounds, and project management of mega projects in oil & gas, fertilizer, and petrochemical sectors primarily in Pakistan & the Gulf region.
Throughout his career, Hamid has held positions that have played a significant role in leading expansion into new markets, both domestic and overseas. His working experience in different countries like KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Pakistan, Iraq, France, and Italy, has been a remarkable and versatile exposure to his career.
His expertise lies in operational and client management; he has led the successful bidding, mobilization, and management of multimillion-dollars projects as well as the management of large multidisciplinary teams
Raja Waqas Ahmed
Contracts Manager
Raja Waqas Ahmed is a graduate engineer with a master’s degree in project management. He has hands-on experience in construction contracts and claims in the Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and petrochemical sectors. … He has worked with multinational construction companies/corporates on significant projects, for both construction consultants as well as contractors on different assignments. For brief periods, he worked with Energy China-CGGC and NESPAK. His most recent experience includes working as Manager Contracts in Descon Engineering Limited, a renowned engineering firm of Pakistan and the Middle East. Waqas is well versed with the FIDIC suite of contracts. He has extensive experience in Pre-tendering (PQ & Bid), Post-tendering (IPCs, claims, variation settlement, contractual correspondences & advises). Expertise in dispute avoidance and resolution for commercial entities involved in medium to large-scale construction projects. He has been a focal person to liaise with companies’ solicitors and advisors on contractual disputes and arbitral proceedings. He has the ability and experience to work with multinational and multi-cultural people including Chinese, Norwegian, US, UK, Germans, Turkish, and Saudis. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London, UK. Currently, Waqas reports to the CEO of AYTB as Contracts Manager.

Mesfer Al Elyani is a seasoned project manager certified by the project management institute & a mechanical engineer by profession with more than a decade of experience in handling various mega & major turnarounds and other shutdown activities of the refineries & petrochemical plants. He is well experienced in planning, execution & closure of contracts.
Mesfer is an expert in delivering business strategies that maximize profits, optimize processes & drive employee satisfaction and productivity. He is best in operations and managing the business division by allocating the right resources for the jobs and thereby achieving the maximum output reduced cost and maximum profit.
